I had to go look at there web site just to see what they are about, as with many company's now days, all talk, no performance.
I think that i would have printed this out (the link) and just showed up on there door step unannounced and said "ok prove it"
That is a very deluxe trailer and for them not to make it right shows very poor businesslike ethics, along with the fact that every place you would go people would ask you about it or notice it.
For what its worth i purchased a new Feather lite and had trouble with poor tire ware patterns, took it to a heavy duty truck frame and alignment shop had it checked out and one axle was not welded on square, F Lite would not do anything one month out of warranty, so i cut it off and re welded it on the trailer and fixed it myself.
