The 2024 updated scratchers work!

Finally got the new sled out this weekend. Going down the trial, sled ran at about 105 degrees pretty consistently. On my 2022 matryx, I would have been at about 130. Those of you looking for a different scratcher on the prior 2024 matryx, I would highly recommend doing the 2024 set up.

And after 2 rides and 75 miles - the hyfax's are both there.

I saw someone recommended putting a zip tie around the rail. So the scratcher rests against the zip tie; to prevent this from happening. I did this, so far so good with only 75 miles on.

I was able to ride this weekend in West Yellowstone. I did the zip tie trick and no issues with it falling out and kept sled cool the entire trail in and out, it's a 165" Slash.

Took my 4 year old granddaughter for a trail ride in Island Park Saturday. Wife’s 24 9R vs my 23 Boost with the “best” aftermarket scratchers!!! Even her running boards were caked with snow. Huge difference…installing the 24 scratchers on my Boost tonight.

No mine is 3" 163 hers is 2.75" 155 but pretty obvious how much more snow the scratchers kick up. Ill have a chance to test them next weekend on mine

Best 100 bucks you can spend but how cold is too cold? Went from 120 to 130 on good trails and upto 150 on icy trails now I'm running mid 90s no matter what

They work better on all sleds

I put a set on my 23 and it made a 15-20F difference. Well worth the $100 and one beer install. All you need is a drill.

buddy put a set on his axys. sled run much cooler.

i can't believe how well they work on my boost. the sled seems to actually run a bit cooler on the trail than it does in the fluff

Has anyone had any breakage issues in reverse with the '24 scratchers?

We have had 3 of them break now, not from going in reverse but trail was really crusty and broke all three on the same morning. The scratcher itself didn't break it was the bracket that the scratcher actually goes into that broke. Otherwise, best scratchers that we have used to date, keeps the temps down really well.

I also broke a bracket and lost the scratcher yesterday. I found out everybody is out of stock and scratchers are on back order, must be happening a lot. I also learned you can’t just by a single right or left, you have to buy a pair!!
