Have you taken the 16mm bolt loose that is inside the track shaft?

You will need to have a long extension and go through the center of the brake disk and loosen/remove the 16mm bolt that connects the track shaft with the DD.

i loosened it up all the way but it did not come out. its like its glued right in there.

Make sure you have all the nuts off the DD and the put the bolt back in the Track shaft and leave it loose about 1/2" or so. In the manual is says you might have to drive it off the track shaft.

So give that a try. From the manual.

15. Remove the seven lock nuts securing the gear case
to the chassis; then remove the remaining lock nut
and torx-head cap screw.

16. Place the snowmobile in the upright position; then
using a 16 mm socket, long extension, and a soft
hammer, tap against the driveshaft cap screw until
the gear case is free from the studs of the mounting
plate.
17. Remove the cap screw from the inner driveshaft
(from step 5); then remove the gear case.

if you have all the nuts off and bolt removed from trackshaft try loosening your track tension. you can also tip the sled over on mag side and push forward on the trackshaft once track tension is loosened. the tension on the track basically pulls backward on the DD output shaft and keeps it jammed in there.
