can you use frigerator magnets your kids hang on the fridge or do you have to use a large one like they stick on the front of the yellow page book?

buy a clutch puller from dennis kirk or your local cat shop. use a grease gun and put it in the clutch and fill the threads of the crank. insert puller. take a hammer (wooden handle) and put it between the open holes of the clutch. get a breaker bar and an extension. make it about 3 ft long. don't break your wrist when it pops.

Grease has the same effect as water its just a whole lot more of a mess to clean up afterwards!

you are right, it is messy, but how do you keep water in there without tipping the sled on its side. the grease doesn't move.

if you ever get that clutch off, hit the crank with some emery cloth or steel wool. shine it up and put a thin coat of grease on it. makes the next removal much easier.

TIP SLED ON ITS SIDE, FILL CAVITY WITH WATER, INSTALL BOLT INTO CLUTCH, PUT SLED OUTSIDE, ( IN THE WINTER ONLY, WATER WILL EXPAND WHEN IT FREEZES) WAIT AN HR, CLUTCH WILL JUST FALL OFF,

I WORKS VERY WELL
