If you know someone that is knowlegdable and has a good setup for the 700 I would bosst it. I think boost is easier on the cranks, clutches, chassis vs a 1150 twin. A lot of vibration there. I had an 1150 twin and had crank problems, (it was a cutler), but I blew belts, I contribute this to being improperly mounted in a zx chassis and the two just didn't get along.

I've heard a lot of 1150s that didn't have issues, just never seen them for myself.

Boosted 900 carbed cat last year and I loved it. One belt all season, probably 700-800 miles. Running a boosted 1000M this year, jusy's out on reliablity, as I haven't really had it on the snow yet. Should be a lot better

the 1150 would have to have some changes done before you put some pressure to it. Compression, porting, and figuring out an exhaust for it. If you can get that stuff figured out it would be an animal because of the monster TQ.

With that being said, the liberty 700 RMK's were VERY potent, tried and true to the boosting world! Probably one of the best 700cc motors to boost!!
