Reverse your fuel pump, smart valves could be stuck.Seen this more than once last year. Also check your throttle lever pin. If it's bent it will trip the throttle safety switch and result in no start.

did you try starting fluid yet.

If using starting fluid, be very careful and use very sparingly. It is very dry and if over used can cause harm to the motor. Should be able to dump some premix into the motor by removing the spark plugs. That will also tell you if you have a fuel problem.

Have you unplugged the main cable you unplug to take hood of? Do that and see if she fires up.
If she does, the problem are most likely up against your handlebars :)
I don't think it will run with the main hood cable unpluged. Mine don't anyway.

Starting fluid helps dry it out.

To anyone else that might have a flood issue. It works well to turn the kill switch off, hold throttle open and pull it over several times. Then turn on, hold throttle and pull.
That wayit won't open ejector s and clear out the fuel.
