Looking great Greg!!!! Another great build! I do agree with almost everyone it is time for new colors but this is probably the coolest sled being built right now. Only thing that would be cooler is stuff a nytro motor with a impulse pump gas kit in that chassis!!!!!

Here's some more pics, had a few delays, had to drop down to 7 tooth Avid drivers as the 8's were just at tad to tight. Had to order in the head studs and the injectors were a little late in arriving, but things are moving right along now! Peter from SnowmobilingDetailing is working on some killer graphics. Dave from PowderLite Turbo's put together a really slick o-ringed head shim so we can run lots of boost!

looking good:cool:

couple questions...

1- painting a heat sink alum compressor is counter productive....
2 - how does ther rear skid work?....dont look right to me
3- i like the colors.....good ol MMM fashion if say:beer;....sure its not the fan favorite, but its typical MMM......keep making a great video sir:beer;

Looks dam nice, anyone that says otherwise is jealous. Has the carbon fiber been standing up on when used for suspensions etc?

Air doesn't stick around in the compressor very long, but I did have the intercooler coated with a high transfer thermal coating from the powdercoaters as well as the exhaust side of the turbo housing and the rest of the exhaust.
The Nextech skid uses just one Fox Float shock and it is a fully coupled suspension, the guys at C3 swear by it. Should be running today!
Nextech has been racing their front suspension for a couple of years (SnoCross) so its tried and proven, this is their second or third year on the rear skid. They build airplanes out of carbon these days from fighter jets to Boeing's latest!
Think about it, I will have a sled with over 300HP available that should weigh the same as a stock Summit 800! Pretty Cool! C3 Powersports is cutting edge in sled technology and these guys have some serious stuff coming out!
They can put just about any motor in this chassis, Nytro, M8, M1000 and obviously a Ski Doo 1200! They're chassis with the Doo 800 in it weighs around 360 lbs! Talk about flickable!

Wow thats some pretty scary sled there Greg.
Were you up at Owl's on Sunday? Thought I saw the C3 boys and a 1200 Turbo but it was quite dark, I was the one towing the dead Dragon down the trail haha

We're hoping it will come in at around 460lbs. We weighed the stocker at 552 with a 154 track, now we will have a 174 track, plus turbo, intercooler and longer chassis. Fuel tank is all finished up, welding complete on all the running boards and coolers. Off to the powder coater today. I'll post more progress pics tonight.
Doc

Noticed you taped over the scale display, so what is the verdict?:confused:

Hows it handle?:beer;:)
