I have friends and neighbors that needed the crp programs to survive the hardships they were created for. Their use of those programs were not as handouts or abuses, and there were trade offs. Their survival has benefited all of us by strengthening and maintaining USA food supply. No matter how skilled you are at farming, Mother Nature or markets will at some point override that.

The guys you talk about that abused the programs are a black eye, and probably not still around as the abuse would have contradictory effects to survival.
Every good thing can be abused.
Doesn’t make the program bad.

Yes, Lake Travers flows out of both ends. It is a small narrow lake that was actually farmed in the dirty thirty's as it dried up. Max depth is 11 ft. on a good year. Has 2 dams controlling its flow, with a flood plain between them called mud lake.
Map isn't defined enough so I only marked the major rivers that feed the Red River as it flows north. Lake Travers itself is a teaspoon of water in the flood equation.
Bill Gates land is all on high ground around here and will never flood.

It's kind of strange how this seeding the clouds isn't taken serious until something like this happens and can't be over looked.

It's not just in one country, it's being done around the world but now that it's being pointed out I guess that makes it okay.

Cloud seeding was talked about here on Snowest I believe - 20 yrs ago as I believe that they were trying it out near Utah at the time?
Don't believe that much came of it at the time that I recall.

This is how the government makes a killing off of the people, there are states that have rivers that flood almost every year and what do they do? Pass it on to the next state, it's their problem.

Some call it an act of God, no matter what they have you by the balls, if you live in a flood plane good luck at getting insured blame yourself or who ever you want. Those that can afford it if available is out of the majorities income these days.

I’ve had a cloud seeding set up about five miles from my house set up and paid for by a region 3 hours away and downwind from me for at least forty years. Area it targets was in dire drought I’m told before I was born, snowfalls were fading each year as forests died.
All I know is a large volume of riders make the drive to the target location frequently passing several Mtn ranges with lower snowpack.
It’s not a new concept.
It’s also more controllable than fears portray.

Depends on who controls it, like massive flooding in areas accustom to droughts or snow dumps in the summer.
I've never seen trails coming off of wings sitting while flying nor has there been any documentation of it unless it's for entertainment.
Granted the plantet has been changing for the last million billion years.
Leave the government in charge and all you end up with is war, poverty and total chaos.
Example, today the media controlled by who ever you want says white man bad.
What's the difference between that white man and an Arian Race almost white into extinction.
Who created the dirty thirties? The collapse of the dollar had nothing to do with drought besides an excuse. Next best thing start a war.

As far as getting over nothing that's totally crazy to me. Do we not have a person sitting in a seat that ****s his pants? A drugged up Son making bank off of things like sitting on a board over in Ukraine.
The people in their 30s are gonna be lucky to make it to 50, nothing new there

I can expand thoughts more on a keyboard (not a phone), but I generally like most of what Hawkster shares, but I'm just not totally "on board" with the chemtrail thing just yet.

I have really good friends who worked for the "cloud seeding" program in Salt Lake years ago too.

As far as mostly worthless politicians from BOTH parties - not race specific, I'm totally on board with that!

My mind is open to most anything except socialism and communism.
