I had my new Pro out for about 15 min the other night and I got snow up threw where the A arms are into the belly of the sled. I know there is a plate that you can get to put in there does anyone have a website I can get one or have a pic I could look at to make one?

1/8" thick ABS plastic and a few black rivets.

Here's the process I used to make the block off plate for this opening:

1. Made a template

2. Cut out and test fit

3. Cut out template in ABS.
4. Bend the ABS using a heat gun.

4. Test fit ABS panel and drill holes for rivets

5. Once satisfied, finish the riveting

Isn't there also two holes that need to plugged down there, somewhere around 3/4" or 1", I remeber using plastic "body plugs."

Maybe up near the shock tower bolts?

Yes, I believe you are correct. I just taped them off.

Block off plates
As for the folks that would like the block off plates. I am currently out of material and have been working a lot of OT at my current job. I will not have time to make any sets, sorry. I do appreciate the offers though and will let you know if anything changes on my end. Please feel free to ask any questions.

Sorry for hijacking the thread, it wasn't my intent.

Perhaps you could just make copies of your template, so peeps could make their own.

Could you scan your template for us? I know we are wicked lazy:face-icon-small-coo

I will see if I have it laying around. It's been a year since I made the template and the garage got a make over this summer.

EDIT: Looked in the garage for a good 20-30 minutes and I can't find any of the templates. I must have thrown them out, sorry guys. I would have posted them if I had them.
