Can someone please scan and post a picture of the instructions for the factory tether install? Or can you just take a closeup picture of the connector with tether installed?

I'm needing to install a NON-factory tether and would like to use the factory wiring to do so.

I don't have exactly what you are looking for, but the schematic shows the tether wiring in parallel with the kill switch. looks like black wire and brown wire.

its the only plug injunction with the key in the same wire loom

tether wiring

catkiller is correct, i just put my pro armor tether switch on by wiring the the tether wire directly into that two slot un used plug next to the key wiring harness(05 iq 900) wiring on that plug should make no difference between your two wires because the tether just needs to ground the power supply to kill your sled, so it should literally plug and play no problems

Sweet. Thanks for the help fellas! Will put a few spades on the wires and plug them into the harness and make sure it works right.

I put one on my '06 900... Different connector, but the wiring was the same. Pulled the pins out of the connector on the tether, smashed them into the connector on the sled (The two-pin next to the key's connector), taped it up and rode. Works fine.
