Hey guys, let my buddy ride my sled the belt blew. It was probably time for one, it looked good so I figured I'd scrape a few more rides out of her. Well it took the coolant line off when it blew. No biggie he killed it right away. Threw a new belt on her today filled her with antifreeze running on the stand. Thought it was full as wasnt taking anymore. Took off in front of the house about 600 yards and the temp light came on. Too late. Topped the fluid off drove it home. Compression test. Went from almost 120 to about 40 clutch side. Burned my clutch side piston. Cylinder looks good thankfully head is shot. The piston I pulled out is an elko 82.86 its different around the piston pin than what im seeing online though? I want to go oem with the replacement.
