Anyone been to Chelan or the surrounding areas lately? Curious about snow conditions off trail.

Dude it sucks no grooming going on ice rinks for trails over heating I've been going else where and im local good luck but if you got a late 90s 136 track might be good lol.

Oh that sucks. Can you recommend anywhere else in that area to go? We are headed that way next weekend.

Best place is little over an hour nw Hart's pass and hwy 20 they got way better snow then around Chelan. I heard they groomed from 25 mile to the warming hut but beyond that dont forget your kidney belt. Its 50 degrees today in chelan with high warm wind.

Cool thanks. I will research Harts Pass. I like to have a backup plan if the back country sucks in Chelan.
Is there a favorite snopark you have in the Harts Pass area?

From the pictures around Chelan it looks far from ice. Looks snowy and a mess of down trees to get cleaned before they can groom. WSSA is having their winter rendezvous in Chelan so good news they are going to try to get everything groomed, bad news there are going to be extra people running around in the hills.
