TrailTank 2.5 Gallon Utility Jug. http://www.trailtank.net/

from their website:

This jug is rotational molded using cross link polyethylene plastic. Most similar jugs on the market are molded using a different process which results in thinner wall thickness especially in the corners. Our rotational molded product results in thicker walls in the corners and tight areas.
Designed to be used in the Polaris Rack
Available with or without hold down straps and rack assembly
Choice of Black or Red

I used the craiggerbuilt gas can system. I just went down to my local HVAC shop and had them cut a plate that was 8"x14" I believe. I used 4 bolts and nylocs to hold the gas can base to the plate and 1" long carriage bolts with a 3/4" spacer that slides over the threads and nylocs to hold the plate up above the tunnel. I have been pretty rough on it and no complaints here.

There is another setup that looks like a good way to go. Saw these at the snow show and was wishing that I didtn have a bunch of coin spent on gas racks and shouvel bags where everything comes out wet (thanks Polaris) they were impressive to say the least. ...the tank is flat and goes under the seat in the back. There is a storage compartment that wont leak water into it that can go over the top...it was also very streamlined and modular...on their web site they showed how much stuff they could get inside.

Paul, those look like the old style vented cans. That alone will sell them like hotcakes! The new CARB style cans are garbage.
