Heated riser bag wiring

Just picked up a 13 X and was curious if they are prewired under the hood for a heated riser bag ?
I know my 2010 XP was

The bag uses the heated visor RCA style plug, you can find em cheap on eBay... There will be a factory connector under the console red/orange, and black two wire connector
