Does it have a couch bed? How many does it sleep?

It has a bedroom with King Size bed and a pullout couch in the living room. We've had 6 sleep there with an air mattress too but it was tight.

Can you split up your week or no?

^ No. It's a Friday to Friday or Saturday to Saturday week. You can upgrade to a 2 bedroom for an extra $60 based on availability. You can also exchange for time at other resorts too.

Yes. You're not assigned a specific unit. They are all similar with the only difference being upstairs or downstairs units. Also some face Two Top and others face Sawtell mountain.
