If they are D&Ds then we are in the same boat. I am also looking for clutching setups for my D&D twin piped 2009 CF1000 141" with 2,25" track.
CF stock clutching setups seems to be same as M1000 for 0-3000ft.
D&Ds recommendation is 7800-7900rpms for those pipes.
