2015 etec 600 reflash problems

My dealer called and asked if my sled is running okay after update, it runs worse than before, so do other peoples, who else is having issues, brp working on a solution might have to put a new ECM on to return it to stock calibration, any other info on this issue

2015-15 Register 600 Etec piston seizure

I had the Recall 2015-15 Register 600 Etec piston seizure performed. Following this, the full throttle performance appears to be OK. However around 3/4 throttle and 7500 RPM steady state the engine feel like it enters a protection mode. The throttle response is really poor. If I slowly add more throttle, it appears that the sled does not want to exceed 7500 RPM. It will cut out and I may get a pop in the exhaust. The engine does not stall. Temperature looks fine, there is no beeping indicating a protection mode, and I do not read any P-Codes.
