This is going to be one of the baddest, lightest and fastest sleds on the planet!
We are currently at C3 Powersports in Salmon Arm, BC where we are doing the project.
C3 makes all carbon fiber chassis sleds that are wicked light!

We will also be installing Nextech's all carbon fiber front end and super cool and lightweight skid!

Everything will be documented and filmed for MMM8.
The sled is then going over to Powder Lite Turbo's for their awesome turbo package!

Installing the fuel tank baffles. These have one way valves in them to keep the fuel towards the front of the sled and always to the fuel pick up.
These tanks are part of the chassis and hold 15 gallons of fuel!
No more packing extra gas!
The epoxy is drying overnight and tomorrow we will seal the tank and install the bottom half.
I can't believe the amount of work and engineering that goes into a C3 chassis!

Awesome build doc. Can't wait to see that thing run. Can't wait to hear how the rear suspension works. I thought about trying one but didn't want to be a $4000 guinea pig. We find out next friday whether it is a little turbo terry or a turbo terri.

We're hoping it will come in at around 460lbs. We weighed the stocker at 552 with a 154 track, now we will have a 174 track, plus turbo, intercooler and longer chassis. Fuel tank is all finished up, welding complete on all the running boards and coolers. Off to the powder coater today. I'll post more progress pics tonight.

Gonna be one sweet sled. Sounds like it's going to be cheap to get all that done too. Whish I had your hook ups.

The motor is right out of an XR Chassis, but the new sled is getting all XP plastic or should I say Carbon Fibre...I mean Carbon Fiber. I must be spending to much time in Canada Eh!
Yesterday C3 finished welding up the cooling system, trimming the chassis and prepping for clearcoat. I'm heading over to the powdercoaters this morning and we will start the motor work this afternoon.

Did not realize those motors weighed so much...ouch..plus maybe 30 for the turbo stuff...190 right in front..should have the balls tho... :beer;
