Then getting to Susanville - Yuba - Truckee storm coming this weekend with snow and rain to 3000 feet with the major snow at 5000-6000 feet from 24-friday 26 DEC and (todays estimate) at least 2 feet total 5000-6000 feet in Truckee SAT 27 DEC
Mammoth to Truckee similar amounts and decreasing from there.
Snow levels of 3 inches to a foot at 3000 feet FOR THE ENTIRE SIERRA NEVADA MOUNTAIN RANGE AROUND CHRISTMAS.
That's from Tehachapi in Kern County to Oregon and beyond ! !
BUT BUT this storm has been LOSING STRENGTH (confidence) since it was first forecasted around the 10 DEC. So moisture amount predictions have been decreasing.
Don't worry there is a abnormal low pressure system spooling up near the Sea of JAPAN headed here before year end which if it hits like predicted today will be a major dumping state wide .
