Cut out the plastic on the foot rests and spot on short pieces of tube with traction screws - lets the snow evacuate and they'll have better grip ..

Bit of give & take ...block frame up and set track up about 1/4 from slack any see where everything sits ... depends on doner skid and track ...I also raised the spindles too ...when it looks right lock it in and mark where everything fits. Rule of thumb ...if it looks right it probably is ....don't over think it ...
