The Usual Suspects rode Gold Creek yesterday - scratchers deployed. At least the road was groomed.
12" hard pack - we need some storms to dump!

Gordy's started the day with a great breakfast & The Summit Inn made us some nice Long Islands at the day's end...

What are your opinions on the scratchers that mount on your skis?

They work well but with slide kicks scratchers you can back up all day and they can't break and the replacement tip will fit in your tool kit no problem as it's only about 3 inches.

Anyone want to buy a pile of Holtz scratchers, slide kicks made them pointless.
