Teaser pic of the Everett V2 removable Snow flap kit. Positive latching (no magnets), no more retaining cords, way easier install and it also works with the big 3" track snow flap!

More info coming soon and I'm hoping to have kits for sale within the next week or two. Still waiting on the tunnel storage brackets to get back from powdecoat.

Never stop improving

……..
Here ya go, guys. I have a limited number of kits in stock and building more every day. Might do a new product announcement post later, but I just wanted to get the ball rolling.

A lot of engineering and testing time went into this kit to make it as user friendly and reliable as possible.

You can order the kits at www.everettsports.net/snowflap_v2

Looks like a much better option than the magnetic ones you made.

Looks interesting. What is the minimum tunnel needed for the storage brackets to function properly? I usually run a tunnel bag and don't have much real estate...
Can the device be purchased without the storage brackets?

thx!

the 3 inch flap has l lot of arch. It will fit on the tunnel? Admittedly the last kit wasn’t designed for the 3 inch flap, but it had way to much arch to attach flat to the tunnel. I love the idea of having the cooling of the 3 inch flap on the trail, and not having to put up with it in the snow I love.

The storage brackets are 6" long and the space between bolts is about 4-1/4". This pic is all the way back on a 163". You can also flip the brackets around and have the flap go the other way.

Yes, I'll sell a kit without the storage brackets. Send me a PM and I'll work up a price. It's not going to be a huge discount, since the storage brackets are the least expensive part.

Yep. Here are some pics. My gas can rack is in the way at the moment, so the flap is being lifted slightly by the tail light. The bend in the flap also nicely hooks over the taillight, as long as you don't care about your light being covered up. The brackets allow the flap to pivot up, so the end can go over the top of stuff.
