Conveniently located at the quietest end of the property, there is plenty of room for parking your fishing boat or trailer while you are up yet you are within walking distance of the grocery store and the snowmobile and ATV trails are right around the corner. All of the ski hills are within a short drive and you are located directly between White Cap Ski Resort and Powder Horn, Blackjack, and Indianhead Ski Resort. Lake Superior and the hundreds of other lakes in northern Wisconsin and U.P. are all at your finger tips; you just need to decide which lake you want to go to!! Looking out from the living room you have a perfect view of Lake Michelle as well. The other units are out of site so you really get the peace and quiet as well as the up north setting that we all want when we head north. Our unit is one of only a few that has had any remodeling done with over $15,000 in updates done.
A little about our condo, it is two stories including a basement. Starting on the 2nd floor, you will find 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom. The master bedroom as we call it has two large closets and overlooks Lake Michelle. The second bedroom also has one closet. The entire second floor was remodeled from the studs up in 2007, including new insulation, drywall, carpeting, six panel closet doors, and six panel doors. We ran cable from the main floor up so that cable is also available in both bedrooms. The bathroom has a new tub, toilet, vanity/sink, and medicine cabinet. The stairs case had also been remodeled with the 2nd floor. On the first floor we have the kitchen, living room, and a half bath. The half bath had been completely remodeled and the living room and kitchen have fresh paint. From the living room you can walk out the patio doors onto the new deck. The kitchen also has a new entry door and screen door that leads out to a new front deck. The basement has been finished and includes a bedroom/small family room and an additional room that can be used as an office or storage.
