Just bought an 08 Phazer MTX hold over. It's brand new and all stock. Brought it back to Iowa and put in the heavier rivets in the clutch weights. They are black in color and dealer said they were 13s. Doesn't mean anything to me as I'm new to Yamaha. Problem is it still hits the rev. limiter and then holds 12,300 after you get some speed. I install two rivets in each weight and primary spring is black with a green and a yellow dot. Secondary spring was in hole 1 and everything seemed fine with it as well as belt deflection. Any help you can give i'm all ears.
