Christmas arrived a little early this year!! Bikeman axys stage 3 I already had the pipe. I had the stage 3 with bullydog tuner on my 16 axys so I'm going to try the torque link this time around.

The BMP stage 3 kit is installed. Had a little issue with the spacer plate fitment but BMP had me a replacement the next day assume service! Just about out of break-in mode then then I'll start fine tuning the clutching.
So far the stage 3 kit has been running great need to still dial in the clutching a little.
I installed the BMP Stage 3 (Bully Dog) on my 16 Pro X 800 this season and have been having a hell of a time with it. Starts and idles fine and runs WOT, but if you hold it at mid-range (6.5-7k) for any length of time, it will foul plugs. The only way to keep it running without fouling plugs is to ride it HARD and constantly be on/off WOT. The other thing is that the plugs are always black!
Riding it along my 17 XCR 800 and going through approx 3/4 of a tank of oil, the Stage 3 was 1 quart lower. Even if it was riding a more WOT and the lower gearing on the X, that is a lot!

No. This is my second stage 3 kit first 1 I ran the bully dog tuner on my 16 axys rmk without any issues. The one I'm running now on my 18 axys rmk I'm using BMPS tune with torque link and no issues. But I only ride at higher elevation. Is your tune for your elevation? Have you reached out to Bikeman. They've always been very helpful for me.

every one I know that put the stage 3 kit complains ,, and there always changing one thing or another,, also even with the 18 head cover he runs hot even in good snow , mines runs 124/126 his is 145/160 both are 17 xcr 800 hes studded every where you put one, gets me off the line pretty good , but I catch up quick, ,mines stock , no studs,, think hes got about almost 5 gs in mods , im happy
I'm not running Bikeman clutching, I'm running my own set up so not sure if that's the difference.
