2009 RMK 700 only pulls 7300 RPMS max

Hey all, I’ve got a 2009 RMK 700, sleds only pulling 7300 rpms max, usually hits 7300 then goes down to 7100. I’m running at 0-2000 feet currently and running 10-66 weights in the clutch. Any suggestions or any help at all would be incredibly appreciated!
