very nice! I will post ours in a bit.
I haev applied similar heat protection to the wiring around the SLP pipe on both of our 05's with the SLP airbox it necessary.
I also protected the exhaust heat sensor wires right where they leave the sensor (split rubber hose/zip ties) the hood likes to pinch these wires

Nice sled! I KNOW it rips :)

Im going to take alot of good pics tonight. I hit a frozen snowbank in west yellowstone and it turns out i broke all the rivets out of the left side of the belley pan so later tonight i am going ot replace them with bolts and i have to mess with my secondary.

EDIT: I added a pic of me on my friends 08 700. It had 14 miles on it and he was complaining that it didn't jump good... so i tested her out :D

I did post some the other day on a thread "stronger IQ bumper" as did some others who have done similar installs and better pics of the process . I will try to put it TTT despite the ongoing arguement about the Cost.It some good reading anyway .

Hay ACE 900. If i were you i would rap those wires in eletricle tape to make your bars look better and to pertect the connections from water or getting ripped off. Also, you should just pull your extra connectors down underneath the hood. I ziptied mine to the fuel tank vent line. In my pic, just ignore the yellow cord, its not part of hte set up :D
