It was richen up and snappy in a few seconds after video with laptop.
Auto tuning, extra injectors, Mod done to exhaust coming off turbo.
We will be tuning on dyno very soon and making maps.

New fueling for Turbo Polaris

We wanted to have a better EFI system that can pull fuel as well a real map with precision injection not just turning on injectors all at the same time when they are not in time with stock ones.
This is a new prototype setup with 2 extra injectors being fired same as stock only with boost map.
Tmap sensor and baro sensor for altitude with Auto tuning.
This post is just showing upgrading Silber exhaust so it will make more power and way better throttle response.
We have installed a few different turbo kits from other companies with doing upgrades for a better running kit.
So far after the short video it was quick to adjust and made this sled snappy and clean.

If you are suggesting that the Polaris fuel injection system is sequential so it injects fuel precisely when the intake stroke ends, your theory of timed secondary injectors makes no sense unless they were in the exact same location as the stockers.
The critical thing is that there is the exact amount of fuel required at the top of the piston when the combustion event happens.

fueling Polaris turbo

This system we ask for is for testing and building a better fueling for turbo 2 stroke sleds.
We can have switch maps, build maps, auto tune, Inject fuel when needed so no loading up when fuel is being sprayed at wrong time like when 1 cyl. should be getting fuel and # 2 cyl shouldn't be.
Also we can pull fuel out without turning down fuel pressure or installing fuel regulator so stock ECU map and tuning can be spot on until boost with very minimal adjustment.
Any questions feel free to give us a call and we can go into more detail on how to better fuel your sled.
This system will not be what a properly tuned good stand alone is but a lot less cost.
We are just sharing info about future products that we will be offering once tested.

We have been working on a Polaris new Turbo kit with PCV PTI.
Snow shows are taking up time right now but we will have some info with pictures soon of 800 Polaris turbo with this fuel system installed and running on 2 types of turbo kits. Auto tuning is working great. We will be testing on snow in the next couple of weeks.

when you say "auto tuning" do you mean the system continuously adjusts to achieve a pre-determined perimeter? will it have an ethanol content sensor incorporated?

Yes thats what power commanders auto tune system does, using the input from the 02 Sensor to make these readings as you ride, based on your target fuel ratio put in the map.
