They are going after NYC Central Park to be declared Wilderness Area!!

I have been waiting forever for somebody to do this. Hopefully more will follow
and go after more areas up and down the east coast and DC. Go after the treehuggers houses to be put back to wilderness!!! Use the courts against them for a change!!!

Seems only fair, 350 years ago east coast almost all wilderness!!

Outstanding! Please don't stop at wilderness designation. The "Central Park Wilderness Area" obviosly has many improvements and user conflicts that can only be maintained and managed through the Forest Service Recreation Fee Demonstration program.

Just imagine when all the City folk have to pay taxes AND fees to enjoy their public lands!!!

I would love it if people couldnt ride a bike through the park anymore! and their dog had to be fed certified feed to poop on the grass

Everyone with a nutty hobby/sport has to support everyone else. If you see somebody going after guns/drag racing/race tracks/dirt bikes/desert racing/whatever we have to help protect them. Anything loud or dangerous or wilderness related we all need to band together and fight the good fight. 15 years ago I read an editorial in Road and Track saying something similar. He said that he was concerned that after the do gooders took care of the evil gun owners they would go after racing and high performance cars and that car owners needed to take on the fight for FREEDOM every chance they got. And he has been proven right.

heck..its to the point when we need to help the oil companies be able to drill...stupid we pay what we pay for foreign oil after all the countries we constantly bailout of chit..time to focus on us..and our country..anyone else wants help..pony up...signed contract to repay every penny we spend/every life we loose to help you..plus interest and a fee....we need to cut the epa's/osha's power and make it where companies can afford to do things here again....we need manufacturing back in the country..not overseas
