What is the difference between an IQ and an IQ RAW? I’ve never heard of an IQ RAW before I saw some people using that term on these forums. Thanks.

IQR is the race chassis. The early IQ chassis had a few different things from the newer IQ RAW chassis. One of the obvious differences is the RAW has a "one-piece" tunnel where the original IQ was basically the same for all lengths with an added extension for the desired length of track.

So would i be correct to say the '05 - 08' with the bulky front end are IQs and '09 - '10 are IQ raws?

'09 and '10 just had different plastic. The '05 and '06 had different tunnels. there were a few other differences like spindles and such.
2005-2006 were the IQ's. Easiest identifier is the Coolant circulates through the outside of the running boards with a rear cooler.
2005 900's were the first IQ's.
2006 600's, 700's (755's), and 900's (866's) were IQ's
2007 through 2010's are the IQ-RAW sleds which have tunnel length coolers and no coolant through the outer running boards. Running boards also have hole cutouts.
Front end plastic was the same from 05-08. The 09's and '10's had narrow front ends.
As mentioned, race sleds are IQR's.
