Quick and dirty difference

Can someone tell me the difference between the 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011 M8's? For some reason the 2008 and 2009 handle completely different, but have the same motor? 2009 and 2010 have different motors but handle the same pretty much and 2011 is the same as 2010 but has a different seat.

If I were to buy one of these which is the best deal slightly used?

why is the 2008 such a dog compared to the other three?

2008 - First year of the Float rear skid
2009 - Updated rear tunnel/bumper & engine reverse
2010 - 800 HO engine & new seat make their appearance
2011 - BNG?

The 2008 is heavier so will handle differently, ...mechanical reverse.

2011's get some new valving in the rear Fox float shock, giving a a much smoother ride. Or, if you don't get the sno-pro, a coil-over rear track shock.

2012- We will know soon.

09' will be your best deal & get you the most bang for your buck but there is nothing wrong with the others either. My 10' sure has a sweet engine though.

I would say a big item for the 09 was the powerclaw track.

Bought the 09 for the electronic reverse and the power claw track.. Money well spent in my opinion.
