you need to add a 200 tho shim to push your secondary out, and your allinment will be much happier, i have done it to a few, and no complaints, there is more info on here how to do this, do a search, i ran all season on one belt...2000 miles
Is it going through belts due to alignment issues or setup issues.....from what we have seen, setup has a MUCH bigger impact on belt life, but of course alignment needs to be close as well. We rarely mess with alignment if it's "close" and belts last all season or longer.
