Great spot for this sort of thing Snowest, its somtimes difficult searching for posts for updates on builds.
Here are a couple XPs I built last year, I will post when I start on the new one for this coming season.

Sub 400lb 770 D-Max StageII Mod Motor.

Same thing, little heavier w/800 w/ extras.

Same but different.

I believe the top one is my favorite one to ride (770), it feels the lightest of all the sleds that I have built, the 770 is super snappy. The only thing I would change on it is I would install a 150 camo extreme, the powderclaw is a bit soft for my taste and riding conditions.

Custom Builds

For those who are interested, I will be building 3 custom sleds this year, last fall I said I was done building because I did not have the time as I was building a new Martial Arts Dojo and thought the school would be a little more busy then it is turning out to be (teaching MA is what I do in my spare time).
It appers that time is becomming more available this summer so I will have openings for a few custom sleds.
I will consider XPs or IQRs.
I turned down a few folks this past year so they will get first dibes if they choose to or have not found another builder.
I will be starting in May and will have sleds finished by late August.
These spots will be for complete builds, please let me know as soon as you can if you wish to have a sled built.

Did you run the 90 Duro 153" HCR Power Claw or the softer 80 Duro std PC?

Hi Eric, it is the 80, the customer choose the 80 when it was built, I believe there was not enough information at the time and the 90 was tough to get a hold of.
I have no experiance with the 90, but I believe it would be a better choice for the conditions in the PCNW.

Well I'm glad to see your still building. Those are some awesome sleds, have you been up riding lately? Hopefully planning a trip to bailey first weekend of June. Hope to see ya around this year!!
