I have some custom CNC'd gauge lifter cages for 08-10 M series.
They lift up and rotate the gauge for a better view and vent the hood nicely at the same time.
I cnc these from .080 AL, then powdercoat 'em. Can also do custom colors.
They have breathable mesh already installed on it, so no hassle with the hole.
Stainless hardware and detailed instructions included.
Mounting holes stay close to the dash hole, and the tilt is adjustable.
I have different cradles for the SP or standard gauges
specifically designed for each. Not rigged up angle brackets.
Half the cost of the AMP one, $60 shipped.

Put one on my 2007 m1000, and have ridden with it for about a month now. It is a great product, that has very detailed instructions. Vents a ton of under hood heat. Was at my door two days after I ordered it. Thanks Matt!

Yes. My cradles are designed to be compatible with either base plate. So you could use a big gauge on a newer hood/baseplate, or a newer gauge on an older hood/baseplate.
