Can some one put a pic up of the rad delete cause the one that is on here is not working an error with it. Thanks All that would be great.

It's really not hard. There's a big hose that comes off the front of the coolant bottle, plug that.
Yank out the tee that goes to the radiator and put a straight union in there.
Left side, big radiator hose, you can see the union where there was a tee... blocked off hose is straight left of the mag side EV, just behind the relief drain hose.

this is the older one posted by mountain horse but its a little out dated use a straight nipple instead of the slp restrictor, hope this helps

Radiator delete
I went to the local hardware store bought a brass 3/4" hose coupler and a 3/4 " brass plug and three good hose clamps. I used the existing hose coming out of the plastic storage bottle. Just cut it off put the plug in with a good clamp. Then I put the coupler in where the three hoses meet with two good clamps. Removed the radiator and extra hoses. Done the whole thing for 7.95 us dollars I still had to wrap the hose with heat shield where it passed the y pipe. This worked really good for me and it saved some money. Oh Yea I used the diagram above.

Do the newer 09 sleds that don't have the front radiator still have the second hole in their coolant bottle? Can you switch your bottles over to the newer 09' bottle and have a smooth setup?

anyone that has minimum clearence between their Y-Pipe and the coolant hose coming from the cylinder head...you might want to ADD a 2 or 3" section of hose with a union to get more spacing..i dont think the head wrap will work alone (for a long time that is) mine was just heat wrapped and teh last rideof the year my hose melted againist my y-pipe and i lost all my coolant...
i am gonna add a few inches to that hose to get the room between them..

Nolan... Yes... but only for the 2006.....get the Dragon bottle from a 2008-2010 sled. No front hole...Cleaner install... about $28...uses the same hoses and caps

Its that time of year for the newbies
Also may want to put an SLP flowrite (or two) or such in plate used to plug rad hole especially if using SLP air box.
You can use radiator to cool hydraulic fluid on your wood splitter!!!!:face-icon-small-ton

What are you using to plug the large hole where the rad used to be. Newbie with the 700.
