Neo trailer problems

Any body with a Neo trailer having troubles with tires rubbing fenders? When sitting on the local elevator scale reading 5280# my tires are almost rubbing the top of the fenders. The polishing of the fenders shows they have made contact.

Bought trailer in the beginning of Feb 2014 and clearance lights on fenders had to be rewired. Butt connectors out in the elements is a bad combo.

Using the numbers from Dexter Axle's "Torflex Application Information Sheet"

I have 15" from the bottom of the frame where the axle mounts to the fenders.
No Load "0 weight on axle" from frame to Center of axle is 1.49"
I have 205/75R15 wheels with a radius of 13.65"
So 15"+1.49"-13.65"= 2.84" of clearance from top of tire to fender

Change this to a full load dimension
15" frame to fender
Full load on axle 3500# -.81" or .81 inches above axle mount
Same radius of 13.65"
So 15"+ -.81" -13.65"= .54" clearance from fender to top of tire.

In turn any trailer with these dimensions will sit somewhere between 2.84" to .54" of clearance from fender to tire. This does not leave much room for bump clearance when moving down the road. Dexter has on this spec sheet has written twice "Allow 3" of bump Clearance from full load". Which would be 2.46" above my fenders. I would say I have a problem.

Can you have a spacer made to go in between the axle mounting pad and the trailer frame to add some clearance? Sounds like NEO should be stepping up to the plate here.

Axles are out and ready to be shipped to Dexter Axle. Now its just wait and see if its an axle problem or a design flaw. I will definitely be posting up what Dexter has to say.

As far as a spacer to put between the axle and frame. Already has crossed my mind but I would have to redesign how the axles mount to the frame.

Called Dexter yesterday 11/24/2014 no answer from them. The fella on the phone was supposed to call back on progress. I would say no answer means the status is moving no where. Sadly this trailer has been sitting up on stands since 10/1/2014

Have heard a few bad opinions of Neo, never heard any good I guess. I think they try to build a flashy trailer like others but aren't built as well.
