I just picked up my wife's 800rmk non pro sno check and it had wheels on the rear suspension and no scratchers I have read on hear of guys getting scratchers on non pros
I looked at the rails and it looks like they were mounted on the rails the paint is marked around the holes where sctatchers would be. Did my dealer take them off.

Pros come with scratchers, Std snowcheck RMKs come with the wheels.
It's possible that one of your dealers techs installed scratchers and then realized the mistake and removed them?

I wonder if scratchers and wheels are part of dealer setup though... I know my dealer always throws in a bunch of stuff that's not officially supposed to come with the sled.

Mine came with wheels and scratchers. The scratchers were zip tied onto the rails from the factory still....

This may be true for Canadian sleds, but not US. The RMKs come with scratchers installed from the factory zip tied to the rails and 2 pair of wheels. If the scratchers are missing, it is something the dealer did.

I can't imagine Polaris having different configs across the US. I believe the OP situation is based on dealer setup.

This has been discussed a couple of times already with pictures.

I just got off the phone with them and the guy that sets up there sleds says it said in the setup instructions to take them off because of the wheels. But he forgot to ask me if I wanted them when I picked up the sled. Hmmm I smell BS. Anybody seen the poo setup instructions? Good thing for snowest!!!!

My dealer said the scratchers were on from the factory and the wheels and mounts were not, but they had a box of wheels and mounts that came with it...sounds like some are not getting everything they should be!

For 2011-2014 models, RMK's came in to the dealer with wheels only, no scratchers shipped. Pro's came in with scratchers only, no wheels shipped.

I got my sled in a crate from Polaris and set it up myself. My 2015 Standard RMK LE with all options had the scratchers on the rails. Wheels were in the hood and had to be installed.
